Mabna 2

It is one of the earliest projects executed by Mabna Construction Group. It’s located in one of the most upscale areas of Mehrshahr between Eram and Shahrdari boulevards, at the corner of 114th street. Great attention to the principles of Persian architecture, including the use of local forms and material, and also the optimal use of green spaces and landscaping are among the characteristics of this project. Special attention to the design of lobbies and waiting spaces, entrances and exits, and also a mixture of natural lighting and other lighting schemes in common spaces and private units make this project a joy to behold. This project contains four blocks with separate access (4 lifts and 4 staircases), with 42 residential units with areas of 90, 100, 120, 160, and 210 square meters. Due to the special design of the buildings, all units enjoy natural lighting. Round-the-clock security guard and lobby man, separate parking for residents and guests, and a conference room are among the other advantages of this project.
